Skiing from A - Z over 12 peaks and 5 valleys in the heart of Ski amadé

12 Peaks Trophy

The 12 Peaks Trophy promises an extraordinary skiing experience. The ski circuit in Salzburger Land presents the ski connection from Snow Space Salzburg with the Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl and the Zauchensee-Flachauwinkl ski paradise from its most beautiful side.

The 46-kilometre ski circuit takes you over the 12 impressive peaks of the ski regions and opens up their unique diversity to you, and if you want to complete it in one day, it is indeed possible – but you have to be really fast! If you want to enjoy the breathtaking views along the 12 peaks for longer, that’s no problem. In any case, there is a reward in addition to the first-class skiing fun!

Two trophies
one adventure

Two challenges await you on the 12 Peaks Trophy. Sporty skiers who complete the ski circuit in one day will be awarded the coveted black pole emblem. Pleasure skiers who take more time and want to make the most of the many ski area highlights can look forward to receiving the red pole emblem at the end of their vacation.

RED Trophy

complete the 12 PEAKS during your ski vacation

There is a separate summit pass for the red pole crest, which you can pick up at one of the lift ticket offices. At each of the 12 summit crosses there is a corresponding stamp point. You have the entire ski season to visit the 12 summits and collect the stamps. As soon as your stamp pass is full, hand it in at the lift ticket office and receive the popular red pole emblem.

(Contribution towards the cost of the stick coat of arms 1.50 euros)

BLACK Trophy

complete the 12 PEAKS in one day

To receive the black pole emblem, register in advance in the respective MyPeaks ski diary, enter your ski pass number and off you go. After you have skied all 30 lifts and 46 kilometers of slopes, your well-deserved award awaits you at the lift ticket offices of the ski connection.

5 tips for skiing the 12 Peaks Trophy

The ultimate
skiing experience

BLACK Trophy

Register at the following link, enter your ski pass number and keep track of which slopes and cable cars you still have to conquer in your personal mypeaks account.

The ski resorts at a glance

Snow Space Salzburg

Snow Space Salzburg with its three ski resorts Flachau, Wagrain and St. Johann – Alpendorf is the first gateway to skiing fun south of the city of Salzburg. The ski area impresses with its easy accessibility and diverse ski slopes for families, connoisseurs and sporty skiers. The Snowpark Alpendorf, the children’s paradise Wagrainis Winterwelt, the Hermann Maier FIS World Cup course in Flachau, the Funslope Wagrain, several timing and SkiMovie courses as well as the Hermann Maier Tour and the Snow Space Salzburg Challenge ensure fun and variety.

Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl

The Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl is a huge winter sports park for sporty families and freestylers. The highlight is the Absolut Park, Austria’s largest snow park and also one of the most famous snow parks in Europe. The Stash is another snow park with exclusively natural obstacles. In Lil’ Stash, beginners and kids can try their first jumps. The latter are in particularly good hands on the Shuttleberg with its many blue and red slopes and family attractions such as the Family Run or the Sun House.

Skiparadies Zauchensee

High alpine flair and particularly snow-sure ski slopes between 1,000 and 2,200 meters above sea level, a variety of downhill runs, the Gamskogel World Cup run and the Kogelalm training center, as well as 2 SkiMovie runs, a Funslope, Zauchi’s Kinderland and the Familypark Rosskopf make the high-altitude Zauchensee ski area a true ski paradise for sporty skiers and families. The ski area is also a mecca for freeriders. Numerous off-piste runs and ski routes, including the famous “East” on the Gamskogel, await deep-snow skiers here.

These highlights await you during the 12 Peaks Trophy

St. Johann/Alpendorf

At least one time as fast as Hermann Maier zooming down the slopes? No problem – at the speed check near the Gernkogel in Alpendorf you can ride down the blue slopes in your best “schuss” position and get a photo as proof of this, including your top speed.

Wagrain

Film your descent and have your speed measured at the same time – the Ski Movie at Grafenberg makes it possible.

Flachau

The photo point at the Grießenkar is probably the best panoramic spot in the ski area. Here you have an extensive view of the Alps and can capture it with a photo.

Kleinarl

You don’t shy away from competition with your friends? Then off to the Cross Run, the boarder-cross and ski-cross track, where you can race down the slope at the same time as others.

Flachauwinkl

An absolute must in Flachauwinkl is the snow park Absolut Park. Even if you’re not a freestyler, you’ll be amazed by the cool jumps of the pros, and you’ll be really impressed by the perfectly shaped park. Do you dare…?

Zauchensee

Feel like a ski star on the FIS Women’s World Cup downhill run on the Gamskogel. The Kälberloch run is one of the most demanding runs in the ladies’ ski circus.
